Membership is mandatory to borrow books.
A valid government ID proof must be submitted at the time of registration.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Members can borrow books based on their membership plan.
No fine will be charged for overdue books.
Members are responsible for books issued in their name.
Damaged, torn, or lost books must be replaced or paid for.
Writing, marking, or folding pages is strictly prohibited.
In case of loss or damage during the member’s custody, replacement charges will apply.
Maintain silence inside the library.
Mobile phones must be on silent mode.
Food and beverages are not allowed inside the reading area.
Members can reserve books currently issued to others.
Respect fellow readers and staff.
Misconduct may lead to cancellation of membership.
Library property must be handled carefully.
Registration may be required for events.
Seats are limited and allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Photos/videos taken during events may be used for Library promotional purposes.
Home delivery service is available for active members .
Delivery service is available within selected areas of Kochi.
Delivery charges may apply depending on location and membership plan.
Books will be delivered weekly once.
Members must ensure someone is available to receive the books.
Delivery timing depends on availability and operational schedule.
The Management reserves the right to amend, modify, or update the above policies at any time as deemed necessary. Any changes will be communicated to members through appropriate channels, and continued use of library services will imply acceptance of the revised policies.
